TRANSFORMATIONAL COACHING & GUIDED EXPERIENCES

Where You Stand Now, Is Not The End of Your Story

When the life you’ve known no longer fits—and something new is calling

You’ve spent years doing what’s expected. Taking care of others. Meeting responsibilities. Carrying what needed to be carried.

But lately, you may find yourself wondering:

Is this all there is?

If there’s a dream, a healing journey, a meaningful adventure, or a next chapter you’ve been longing for, let’s explore what is possible.

If You’ve Been Telling Yourself “Someday”

The Dream Hasn’t Gone Away!

You’ve spent years building a life that works on paper. A career. A paycheck. Responsibilities. People who depend on you.

And yet there’s something you’ve wanted to do for years that still hasn’t happened.

Maybe it’s taking a sabbatical. Walking the Camino. Writing a book. Hiking the Pacific Crest Trail. Changing careers. Giving yourself the care you spent years giving everyone else.

Every year, the reasons for waiting seem reasonable. Maybe you’ve told yourself that now isn’t the right time. That people depend on you, That work needs you, That your family comes first, That you’ll do it once life settles down.

Maybe all of those reasons are true, and yet, the dream hasn’t gone away.

But lately, another question may be getting louder:

If not now, when?

The hardest part isn’t usually the logistics. It’s believing you’re allowed to want something for yourself. That your health, happiness, and deepest dreams matter too.

You don’t need more information. You need a path forward.

The challenge isn't usually the dream itself. It's finding a way to honor it alongside the responsibilities, expectations, and commitments you've built your life around.

Often, the path forward begins by untangling the fears, assumptions, and old stories that have kept you from taking the first step.

You don’t have to navigate that alone.

What This Work Is

Turning “Someday” Into a Path Forward

There are moments in life when what once worked no longer does.

A dream you've carried for years.

A loss that changes everything.

A career that no longer fits.

A healing journey that is asking for your attention.

A quiet knowing that something needs to change.

These moments are not failures to fix or problems to solve. They are invitations to pause, listen deeply, heal, and discover what comes next.

Grounded in over 20 years of emergency and critical care medicine — and shaped by meditation, somatic practice, wilderness experience, and transformational coaching — this work bridges science and the sacred while honoring the full complexity of your humanity.

Whether you're navigating grief, burnout, a life transition, a healing journey, or a long-held dream, you don't have to find your way alone.

Heather M. Shannon

Bridging Science and the Sacred

A woman standing on rocky, snow-dusted shore next to a lake with mountains in the background, wearing a light blue puffer jacket, jeans, and hiking shoes. Her hands are spread apart at shoulder level as if to invite you into the energy of this space

For over 20 years, Heather has worked in emergency and critical care medicine, including more than a decade as a flight nurse caring for people in life’s most critical moments.

Those experiences taught her that healing involves more than treating symptoms. Again and again, she witnessed people navigating grief, loss, uncertainty, and profound life change, and saw how much support is needed beyond what medicine alone can provide.

Today, Heather’s work bridges science and the sacred, supporting people through the moments when an old way of being is ending and something new is beginning.

What she offers is not a formula or quick fix, but a grounded space to make sense of what’s changing, reconnect with yourself, and take the next step forward with greater clarity and trust.
